The presence and power of Satan are reality in this age. And as we see in Revelation 13, Satan wields his power through people. I know that many of you are thinking that if Satan is to have power over someone it must be through possession. But Satan’s primary power is deception not possession. Ideas will enslave you as much as anything else. You don’t need a spirit to control your actions when wrong beliefs are already doing that. And Christian’s you are not exclude from this attack. The people of God are always the target of the lies of Satan.
This sermon from Revelation 13 delivered at Crosspoint Community Church shows how we are to engage in spiritual warfare with knowledge. The main way we protect ourselves from the power of Satan is by knowing what is true.
And yes, as this sermon is from Revelation 13, I do offer some thoughts on the anti-Christ.
